Deposit & Payment Options
We do not accept deposits for any contract you commit to. It is in your best interest with any contractor to wait until the work is completed in full according to the contract you and the contractor agreed to, before initiating payment. We will accept payment in full once the work is complete. We ask that you try to be available and home when Mike and the crew are finished your install, but if that is easier said than done, we will happily set up another time for Mike to come by and do a final walk through of the work performed at your home.
 
Scheduling
Scheduling will be done by Amber or her office assistant. Once we have received a signed copy of your quote showing us that you’ve decided to move forward with things, we will call you to let you know when we will be booking your install. Please note that our work schedule depends entirely on the weather, so we ask for your patience and understanding when considering your install date. It is most likely that your scheduled install could shift between 1 and 10 days due to weather.
 
Property Protection​
We CARE about your home, your driveway, your property, pretty much everything you care about, we want to care about. Please know that it is our top priority to serve you with the upmost level of excellence. This includes being aware of your property as if it were our own. We will take the time to mensure that we don’t wreck your umbrella trees, your patio furniture, your flowers in the front bed, your pools, your vehicles – anything you consider sacred, we do too.
 
How Do I Confirm my roof with you?
We would love to serve you and your family!
 
Step 1:  take the quote that Mike gave you when he quoted your roof.
Step 2:  sign the quote, and send it back to the office. You can fax, email a scanned copy,
                  or take a picture on your smart phone and email it in.
Step 3:  Call the office if you’re eager to get scheduled, otherwise give the office a day
                 or two to connect with you and we will ensure you’re all set up
 

Choose a Color

Now that you’ve decided to allow us the opportunity to install your roof, the next step to consider is a color colour choice! Choose the option that suits you best.  Here is how:

 
 1:   Check out our Colour Options here on our website!
 2:  Call or email the office and let us know the colours you've narrowed it down to. We will             then send sample boards to your house. We have a personal courier service that does             these deliveries for us.
 3:  Once you have chosen your colour you can let the office know and we'll record this in              your file. Then you leave the samples on your porch and we will have the courier pick it up again. Easy as pie!
If you and your partner cannot agree don't worry Mike can act as the tie breaker. Just let us know if you're in a jam and we'll help you out!
