Our Team
Mike is very particular with who he hires. We do our absolute best to ensure that the employees we have on our roofs are as committed to excellence and workmanship as he is.
Our guys work very well together, creating a safe, clean and efficient working environment. Team unity is important to have, as it really adds not only our team's experience but especially YOUR experience while we're at your home. We try to recognize each of our employee’s strengths and utilize them well. Each person working together for a successful install on your roof.

We typically operate with a crew of anywhere between 5 and 9 team members depending on the season.
Our crew size usually grows closer to the summer time. We typically carry between 8-14 employees.
